Summer is well and truly here in Melbourne. With consecutive 40 degrees plus weather, Melburnians are all looking for the perfect place to escape the heat. Whether you are looking for somewhere to catch up with friends, a bar to visit before or after the tennis, or a relaxing place to go for after work drinks, the Brown Brothers’ Summer of Prosecco pop-up bar is the place to be.

Located in inner Richmond, the pop-up bar brings the beach to the city with delicious summer-inspired food and rocking tunes, all topped off with top quality wine from Victoria’s own Prosecco region – the King Valley.

Entry to the bar is free, but to make the most of your time there you can pre-purchase a VIP pass . VIP entry will include priority entry, a glass of Brown Brothers Prosecco, a guest gift and a choice of summer inspired snacks such as delicious Prosecco battered fish and chips.

Talking about why Prosecco is the drink of the summer, Brown Brothers’ PR Manager and fourth generation family member, Caroline Brown said “Prosecco is extrememly versatile – its crisp finish and fresh lighter style makes it ideal any time of the day. It’s the perfect choice for picnics and summer celebrations. This is the second time we’ve hosted a pop-up bar. The last pop-up was so well received, possibly because Melburnians share the same passion for food, wine and entertaining as the Italians, who created Prosecco.”

So this summer, escape the heat and get treated like a VIP at Brown Brothers’ Summer of Prosecco pop-up bar.
