The final Sensorium initiative from Stella Artois was held exclusively at Shannon Bennett’s private residence. Chef, Guillaume Brahimi and his team from Bistro Guillaume took over the chef (and long time friend) Shannon’s house, and presented a custom designed menu specially pairing his iconic French food with the renowned Stella Artois beer, in celebration of Christmas of course.

The menu featured a delectable entree of seafood  – oysters, WA Marron, Victorian Scallops – in a ‘Fruits de Mer” dish and a beautifully cooked Wagyu Rib eye on the bone. Both matched with the formidable Stella Artois.  Guests of the exclusive event dines on a dessert of Pistachio, raspberry and vanilla.

Guests included Outlander’s David Berry, Makenzie Vega from The Good Wife, Dalton Graham & Laura Henshaw, and Nick & Rozalia Russian to name a few, the event as an unforgettable experience.
