The floating beach club boasts laid back vibes of the Amalfi Coast, a number of bars and an imported wood-fire pizza oven, and for the big night, Executive Chef Nick Bennett will be taking you on a Mediterranean culinary adventure where chefs will shuck pacific and rock oysters at the bar, and roving canapés circulate the deck including Prosciutto & Melon, Nduja Zeppole, Whipped Ricotta & Yarra Valley Salmon Roe, Fritos Misto & Lemon Aioli.

Neapolitan wood-fire pizza oven will run hot all night long serving crowd favourites: Margherita (San Marzano Tomato, Buffalo Mozzarela, Basil, Parmigiano Reggiani), Gamberetti (Mascarpone, Prawn, Chilli& Zucchini Flowers), Zi’Pascali (San Marzano Tomato, Fior di Latte, Soppressa, Nduja, Red Onion & Capers) while Pidapippó Gelato will be served from a cart on deck.

Float into 2018 with a drink in hand from the fully stocked bar including tap beers, premium house spirits, wines inspired by the Mediterranean Coast that are fresh & vibrant and of the stand alone Champagne bar.

Aside from amazing food and beverages, there’s plenty of entertainment too! Let your hair down with performances throughout the night by Benjamin Hancock, James Andrews & The Huxley’s while Djs Chico G & Paul Jager, Colette & Andee Frost to have you on your feet partying the night into 2018.
