Wednesday night, Bombay Sapphire launched Project Botanicals: A Journey To The Edges of Food, Music & Imagination, celebrating the worldly origins of the brand’s sustainably sourced vapour-infused botanicals.

Now open to consumers until Sunday 26 November, the event is an immersive experience of cocktails, food and creative technology,in collaboration with Ta-Ku, Studio Neon along with cocktail bars The Barber Shop, Mjolner, Bar Moncur and Union Electric.

Guests including TV stars Olympia Valance, Mavournee Hazel and Tim Kano travelled through immersive rooms representing Bombay Sapphire botanical locations across the world – Spain, Indonesia, China and Morocco.

Tickets: $40+bf for four food and cocktail tasting experiences, and one signature gin and tonic twist. Additional dishes and cocktails are available for purchase for $14 each
