A new year brings new resolutions. Let’s face it though, the majority of us start the year with promises of new habits, but they rarely latest longer than a week.

Well this year will be different. Nike are helping you meet your fitness goals with assistance of Nike Head Running Coach Lydia O’Donnell. Lydia has created an 8-week program that kicked off on Wednesday 13th January, and will guide participants through their first 8 weeks of the year, helping to set positive habits.

Available exclusively on the Nike Training Club (NTC) and Nike Run Club (NRC) apps, the program incorporates new NTC Yoga workouts alongside Audio-Guided Runs from the NRC app, and a Mindful Mondays series set to help start each week feeling refreshed, and is the perfect way to help Aussies kick-start the new year and realise their fitness goals, no matter what they may be.
