Nike Australia has been a leader in getting women motivated and healthy and this month with the opening of a new space, and an epic new season of Nike+ Training Club (NTC), they’re providing the perfect platform for those looking to start or step up their current training program.

Offering ongoing high intensity NTC sessions and personalized coaching at the all new Nike Women’s Studio in Fitzroy (moving from the past Melbourne Central location), the gorgeous space is open and inviting – perfect for getting you in the mood to step up your fitness leading into Spring Racing Carnival and the festive season, and embark on new goals for the New Year.

And it’s not all about a new space. In a Nike first, Nike will offer workouts seven times a week, as well as massage, physio and nutritional consultations to make sure that your body is getting everything it needs to be summer strong.

The workouts themselves are based on the cult-fave NTC app featuring hundreds of full body workouts, with H.I.T, Pilates, Dance, and TRX  all be part of the mix. If you’re a die-hard attendee, don’t worry! There’s constant updates to workouts and activity ensuring training always delivers fun and fresh fitness experiences.

Nike Trainer Phoebe di Tommaso is excited to train women of Melbourne, saying “NTC presents a huge variety of workouts for girls looking to shake up their fitness. Having fun whilst training is essential, and training with a group of girls increases the fun factor tenfold!”

NTC is a global fitness community of girls driven by self-expression in movement and training. You’ll find the Nike Women’s Studio on the corner of Smith and Kerr Streets, Fitzroy. Classes are running now and a full schedule can be found here.
