When you think of PJ’s, the obvious daggy flannel ones spring to mind.  The team behind Sleep’n Round have aimed to change that with their street style inspired PJ’s, good enough to wear out!

Launching their flagship store on Wednesday night on Chapel Street, the shop has been creatively fitted out by Moth Design. The Scandinavian-inspired hardwood racking system sits at varying heights, adding a dynamic feel to the interior. The walls and ceilings are predominantly white which allows the colourful clothes to pop.

Guests enjoyed drinks and canapés, and a popcorn machine provided a great homely touch.  The night wouldn’t be complete without an all out pillow fight, which left bystanders covered in feathers.

Sleep’n Round proves that you can be both comfortable and fashionable. The current collection features bright florals, Aztec prints and quirky graphics, which means there’s no reason why you can’t proudly wear your PJ’s out of the house. The upcoming high summer collection promises to bring lots of bright colours and on trend prints.

The brainchild of Andrew Prowse and Hawthorn Football star, Michael Osborne, the pair created Sleep’n Round when they realised there was the need for sleepwear with street style. Working with designers Jacqui and Sarah, the team created a label based around the concept of ‘Sleep Culture.’ Sleep Culture is the idea of bettering your last step of the day.

So before you put on your daggy PJ’s to go to bed or lounge around the house, why don’t you embrace your Sleep Culture and get yourself some Sleep’n Round PJ’s!
