The Grosvenor Hotel is giving one very lucky guest the chance to win an entire year’s worth of beer and pizza, delivered straight to their door.
The Bayside favourite, dedicated to offering cold craft brews and warm hospitality, are ensuring that one lucky local will be entitled to a six-pack of 2 Brothers Brewery beer and a wood fired pizza every week for 52 weeks. A prize pack valued at more than $2600.

Great ranges of products are available for purchase, from a wide selection of Australian craft beers, local and imported wines to delicious snacks, like Australian hand crafted chocolate from Bright.

Grosvenor Hotel has collaborated with much loved South Eastern brewery 2 Brothers, to bring the winner a taste of some of their popular range. The winner will be able to sip on the light and clean, Kung Foo Lager along with the refreshing Pay Day Pale Ale, which features citrus, and stone fruit aromas.

The winner will select their pizza weekly from the Grosvenor Hotel’s impressive range; from classic vegetation options such as the Funghi, featuring button, king brown and enoki mushrooms topped with goat’s cheese, to the traditional Buffalina topped with buffalo mozzarella and San Daniele prosciutto.

As though the prize wasn’t tempting enough, the ever-efficient Deliveroo Roo Riders will be on-hand to ensure that winner’s spoils are delivered directly to their doorstep.

Entering the competition is super simple – anyone that places an order from Grosvenor Grocery & Bottle Shop via the Deliveroo app from now – Sept 30 will automatically go in the draw to win.

Chapel Street Windsor welcomes new kid on the block, Sash Japanese; a brand-new restaurant concept dedicated to the art of contemporary Japanese Pizza. The 180 sqm restaurant with Chapel street frontage, will cater for 135 pax through sleek banquet and bar seating. An open-air kitchen and feature cocktail bar will add to the vibrant atmosphere of the space, reflective of the hustle and bustle of Japanese street food artistry.Designed by Head Chef Ken Tut, (previously of Ichi Ni and Ichi Ni Nana), the menu is designed to be shared, across an inspired list of signature pizzas, and a selection of contemporary Jap-spirational goodies. The “give it to me” banquet offering will indulge diners with a range of the most delectable items from the eclectic menu.
Highlight dishes include a range of pizzas made with a traditional dough base, topped with a striking mixture of ingredients. A signature “traditional” dough based pizza is set to be served on a charcoal base with a topping of sashimi tuna, mango, strawberry, wasabi mayonnaise and ginger. An additional selection of rice based pizzas (AKA “Sushizzas”) will be available; including a favourite which will be topped with duck, mandarin salad and orange sauce.
Japanese style Tacos are a tasty way to start things off and are made up of a crispy taco shell with fillings such as spicy tuna and avocado or kingfish, lime, chilli and coconut. Sash sliders made with soft charcoal buns and juicy chilli mayo prawns will leave diners begging for more. To finish, Apple Crumble Pizza, Dessert Taco’s and Macaron Ice-cream Sandwiches will indulge any sweet-toothed diner.
Bar Manager Kyle Rose (previously of Chin Chin’s GoGo Bar) has carefully curated the liquid offering, which features 20 craft, local and international beer-taps, a cocktail list that will keep even the fussiest drinker well hydrated, and a list of traditional sakes to match the Japanese flavour combinations offered throughout the menu.
