Witchery debuted their Spring Summer 15/16 collection last week, epitomising the effortless cool we’ve come to expect from the label.

Colour was kept to a minimum, with deep indigo popping against crisp white and nautical stripes. The silhouette is relaxed this season, with boxy blazers and shell tops paring back tailored trousers. White lace, bohemian bell sleeves and nautical stripes gave the collection a resort feel, rounding out the ideal vacation wardrobe. An oversized sleeveless white vest served as a hero piece when teamed with wide leg culottes. Hem lines were raised ever so slightly, with trousers scraping the ankles and last season’s midi skirts being swapped out for above-the-knee length denim numbers.

Denim reigned supreme for another season, with last summer’s acid wash replaced by a deeper blue. Chambray made its way into co-ordinates, with a denim crop top and high waisted trouser combination set to become our most-worn spring ensemble.

Accessories were infused with a 1970s influence. The gladiator sandal made a triumphant catwalk return, while platform wedges and tans and blacks took the collection to daring new heights.

Witchery’s Spring Summer 2015/2016 collection is in stores and online now.
