When you think of skin clinics, you think of plain white rooms and equipment…but what if they had a little more personality? Enter, HÜD Skin + Body which blends expert skincare with decedent Scandinavian interior design. Celebrating their first birthday, we were invited down to the super luxe space to meet the team, enjoy a Nordic-themed brunch, and learn all about their amazing treatments available.
The brainchild of Gry Tømte, HÜD (scandinavian for skin) was born from her experiences with her own skin, prompting her to find safe, efficient and above all, effective treatments in a relaxing, inviting space, and inviting it is. Fitted with luxe rose gold fixtures and nods to her Nordic background in the artwork and linens, the space makes looking after your skin an exciting experience as opposed to a chore.
The highly trained staff were on hand to talk us through all the beauty services available, from the cosmetic like waxing, spray tans, eyebrow design, and body treatments – to the more clinical anti ageing and acne treatments, which are their specialties.
