LEVI CAFE OPENS IN MUREMBEENA

Located in Murrumbeena, Levi is cementing their position in the community instantaneously with a full house over consecutive days, leaving the impression that they have been around for years. Assisted by designers Ewert Leaf, the team have transformed the tired, dim lit factory into an
open, sunlit, inviting & versatile space with numerous seating options that cater for any occasion. Enjoy banquette seating, private dining, indoor or outdoor options under the retractable roof while the little ones play in the child-friendly entertainment room. The space, formerly a denim/textile factory is now an impressive 170 seater casual dining space. Levi is designed as a welcoming space that can be used to bring people together and to enjoy a simple yet delicious meal supporting sister cafe Frank’s mantra of ‘simple things done well’.

Brought to you by experienced trio, Harry Butler of Frank’s Cafe, Lucas Sproson owner of Hallelujah Coffee and Kellie Buntz, their knowledge combined brings deep experience to deliver a culinary experience to Levi visitors.

Some of the key dishes include Pavlova served with poached peaches, hot white chocolate mousse, vanilla cream and mandarine granita; The Granola with passionfruit, cacao buckwheat, pineapple, coconut, almonds and passionfruit yogo, The Turkish Chilli Eggs served with whipped herbed yogurt, Turkish flatbread, poached eggs, peri peri tomato, hot chilli butter and toasted sesame seeds and The Chicken Roll with hot roast chicken, stuffing, chips, fried chicken skin & house-made gravy. All can be accompanied by signature Levi drinks including smoothies, cold pressed juices and coffee roasted & served up by owner Lucas Sproson’s Hallelujah Coffee.
