This time of year features the best events of the Australian Sporting calendar. Improve your Grand Final long weekend with Toko Tina’s entertainers pack ‘The Long Weekender’.  The menu serves four and includes prawn katsu sliders, pork belly bao, Karaage fried chicken, edamame, kingfish sashimi, Wagyu beef tataki, kimchi fried rice, eight chicken yakitori skewers and eight mushroom yakitori skewers.  For dessert, there are yuzu curd doughnuts. Each pack comes with mini bamboo plates, bowls and forks to serve so clean-up is a breeze.

Two hospitality industry heavyweights – the beloved South Yarra award-winning Rooftop & Bar establishment, The Emerson and culinary-great by celebrated chef Teage Ezard- Gingerboy have joined forces during a tough time in the hospitality industry, to celebrate their customers and one of Melbourne’s greatest events – the AFL Grand Final.

Gingerboy chefs have created the perfect banquet, so that there is a delicious, chef-prepared snack for each quarter of the unmissable game. While The Emerson mixologists have stirred up fresh, matching cocktails to complement the Gingerboy spread.

Designed for four people, here’s what’s on offer:

Quarter Time: 

  • 4 x Duck leg bao buns – Served with chilli sauce and pickled cucumber
  • Lemon Tree 500ml Cocktail – Vodka, Ginger, Lemon, Smokey Lemonade

Half time:

Featuring a range of Hanoi Hannah favourites to feed four people, dishes include banh mi, spring rolls, bun hoi, grilled chicken ribs, kingfish betel leaf, papaya salad and much more. The packs come with bamboo plates, bowls and forks, meaning more time to feast and less cleaning up.
