FOOD NEWS: FARGO & CO OPENS IN RICHMOND

Swan Street’s State Bank has reopened! Make your deposit at the tellers to withdraw your drinks at Fargo and Co. at 216 Swan Street, Richmond. The two-storey Edwardian façade bar tributes the 1907 built State Bank of Victoria with vintage vault doors, teller bars, and stately appearances with eclectic features throughout.

It’s the kind of elusive bank you’ll happily repay a visit to with signature cocktails including ‘High Interest’ with Junmal Gino Sake, Mozart White Chocolate, Salted Caramel and Luxardo Maraschino and ‘Loomis Fargo’ – Hakushu 12 year old whiskey, laprohaig, lemon, ginger liquor, honey and smoke. You can also opt to ‘invest in shares’ with sharing cocktails like ‘The Joint Account’ – Captain Morgan’s, lime, dash of cherry juice, pineapple, and Maple Syrup and ‘Notorious G&T’ –  Tanqueray Gin, lime, gin, tonic, foam and Campari dust.

Fargo and Co. will be hosting ‘Bottomless Brunch’ every Sunday starting Sunday, 13th August. From 11AM and for only $35pp guests can receive endless Mimosas and Prosecco  along with the chefs brunch menu available until 2PM
