Port Melbourne’s cult cycle studio Bodhi & Ride will transform the Laser Tag Room at Kingpin Crown (8 Whiteman St, Southbank) into a pumping, high energy spin
chamber on Monday August 14 and Tuesday August 15, 2017, offering three high intensity, heart-pumping pins work outs each night at 5PM, 6PM and 7PM.

Each class will cost $25.00, and will offer a full-body – guns and pins – work out and a free KingPin arcade games voucher. Bodhi & Ride is celebrated for its beat-based, high energy, fun, disco approach to exercise.

The lights will be turned down low and the music and bass turned up high as ticketholders roll in to Kingpin Crown and mount their party bikes for the 35 minute pins work out.

The cycling classes that are celebrated by tribes of Melburnians, the benefits of a Bodhi & Ride cycling classes may include:
