Calvin Klein recently revealed supermodel Christy Turlington-Burns as the new face of the brand’s Fall 2013 Underwear ad campaign. But this is not her first time in the brand’s trademark skivvies.
The supermodel was the quintessential CK girl in the 90’s – from her first runway show in 1987 to being immortalized as the face of Eternity, a perfume designed as a tribute to the designer’s marriage.
Turlington-Burns replaces Lara Stone in a campaign shot by renowned fashion photographer Mario Sorrenti on location in Viques, Puerto Rico. With slicked back hair and barely there make up, the supermodel looks as stunning as she did in the 90’s.
The full campaign will be revealed later this year. Until then, we revisit some of her past Calvin Klein Underwear ads.
