A new season is beginning to filter into stores, and also here at Couturing. Much like fashion itself, Couturing is always evolving, and I’m thrilled to be a part of it’s latest incarnation. As the newest of the fashion editors, I am very excited to bring you a new direction, and I think I can speak for the fashion team by saying this; the future is exciting.
After living nomadically for a few years, I’ve recently settled in Melbourne (my coffee Mecca!) and have been incredibly inspired by the style of the city; the people not afraid of expressing their personalities through their clothing, drawing you in, and leaving you wanting to know them. To me, fashion can be more interesting beyond the glossy campaign shot, and I want to bring more conversations with people within the industry to show a fully rounded vision of what fashion is to us. I want to turn the lens from the photography studio to the closets of stylish people, bring you edits from our favourite designers, and take you inside events.
I’m incredibly excited to be a part of this amazing team, and can’t wait to bring you on the journey with me.
