Sephora’s Next Big Thing Program will be launching in-store throughout October so get ready to see some fresh new brands and uncover your new favourite hidden gem. The program will showcase some new and indie brands across makeup, skincare, wellness and haircare, and give them a spotlight for you to find out more. There will be dedicated space in Sephora stores where you can check these brands out.

“Supporting new and upcoming brands via the Next Big Thing program is important as it allows us to increase the accessibility for our Clients to discover beauty’s lesser known “hidden gems”, while simultaneously supporting the partnering brand’s growth within the Australian market. We have seen a number of these brands gain a lot of traction and momentum overseas, and through the Next Big Thing initiative we want to support a very similar acceleration of the brand’s growth locally.” says a Sephora spokesperson.

Want a sneak peak of some of the Next Big Thing brands that’ll be featured for the launch of the program? Here are just a few…

The Clean brands for anyone who thinks Clean means ‘Less Effective’

Habitual Beauty – Launching at Sephora this month

Habitual Beauty was one of the brands supported by Sephora’s worldwide Accelerate Program last year as part of their pledge to support 50 female-led brands within 2020 and we’re so excited to see the brand officially being launched in stores following this support.

Habitual Beauty is a line of beauty food, nutraceutical and wellness products created by Keira Rumble after the ‘natural’ products she turned to couldn’t give her the results she wanted and products with synthetic ingredients aggravated her skin. Backed by science and making use of high-quality ingredients, she created Habitual Beauty as the solution not only for herself but for other women seeking effective results with clean products.

Esmi

You only have to spend 30 seconds looking at Esmi’s before and after shots to be convinced this Clean, Australian made and owned skincare works.

The ‘self-care hair care’ serving Caviar shampoo

Alterna My Hair My Canvas

Versatile, playful vegan hair care that empowers self-care and self expression. This collection features sustainably sourced Vegan Botanical Caviar – manufactured with Eco-Sound® technology which has a low impact on the environment and a low CO2 emission while allowing to obtain extracts of high quality, and rich in actives which add intense hydration, moisture retention and shine.

They’ve just launched their exfoliating cleanserbodifying conditioner and shine on defining foam if you’re looking for a three course meal of haircare for your next at-home spa night.

The at-home workout you’ll actually want to do (for your face)

Skin Gym

You’ll have surely already seen Skin Gym in your social feeds – their non invasive beauty tools have been created to meet specific skin needs and work out the face (as you would your body!). Easy to use tools designed to seamlessly fit into your routine, you’ll be your face’s own PT in no time.
