Two Italian Boys launched their 2013 Vintage Prosecco at a stunning food event at Brunetti’s in Carlton featuring beautiful Italian food and drink. The night, called Sogni d’Oro ‘Aperitivo Danzante’ Act I, was the perfect melding of food and drink.

The Two Italian Boys prosecco, produced in Treviso – Italy’s best Prosecco region, was the star of the night along with the delicious food from the new Brunetti’s menu put on by Brunetti’s Executive Chef, Michele Circhirillo. The nights marvellous array of pasta dishes, delicious wood-fire pizza and beautiful prepared tasting dishes, served as the perfect accompaniment to the Processco. Maestro of Mozarella, Girgio Linguanti from That’s Amore Cheese made traditional style cheese for guests to enjoy.
