Set to open in late October 2018, 400 Gradi – Yarra Valley will offer a traditional Italian cuisine, complemented by an authentic winery experience. 400 Gradi Founder, Johnny Di Francesco, and Rochford Wines Owner, Helmut Konecsny, both agreed it was time for the Yarra Valley to have a taste of premium Italian food to accompany the Red 5 Star Winery.
