Sydney siders turned Melbournians, Jessica Dalziell and Gregory Young, have made themselves at home on High St in Prahran with their new tapas and wine bar, The Wise. Couturing attended the official opening yesterday, succumbing to our hedonistic ways in one of Melbourne’s most popular foodie neighbourhoods.
With champagne, ice cold beers and tapas on arrival, the night was off to a great start. Photographers shuffled around the cosy interior, snapping guests indulging in spicy chorizo and crispy croquettes.
