Music festivals are a fun, sweaty and an eardrum blasting way to enjoy the hotter months. As we sit with mugs of coffee in hand to keep our fingers from falling off and as ugg boots begin to look somewhat socially acceptable (note: they are not), our friends in the northern hemisphere enjoy sunshine and flowers, tropical fruit punches, beaches and most of all, festivals.

One of the largest, most anticipated music festivals in the world, Coachella is held every year in the Californian valley of the Inland Empire. If you were or are lucky enough to be in attendance, you would know that it is also a great place to do some quality trend reporting and celebrity spotting.

Of course, you can’t have world class festival without a few exclusive parties being thrown. This year, the quirky House of Holland threw a pool party to launch their second latest eyewear range. In attendance were A-listers such as fashion icon and model, Agyness Deyn, Remi Nicole, Harley Viera-Newton, Pixie Geldeoff and Lookbook model Iona Gika of band IO ECHO.

No doubt the party was a bangin’ one, with tunes provided by the likes of Agyness Deyn, Warpaint and Nick Grimshaw, as guests sipped on cocktails drenched in the Californian sun, all sporting a pair from the House of Holland eyewear range of course.
