To celebrate the new super premium expression from Bombay Sapphire, ‘The Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Experience’ will be
enticing gin lovers across two immersive sessions on Thursday 28th April at Cargo Hall, in Melbourne’s South Wharf. The experience
will offer guests an exclusive first-taste of the Murcian-inspired gin through an artisanal and avant-garde cocktail and culinary evening,
blending art, flavour, sound, and technology together to ignite the senses.
In an evening of heritage and experimentation, the multi-sensorial experience has been curated to journey guests from Murcia, Spain
to Melbourne, showcasing Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru and its exquisite taste profile filled with the fresh and aromatic flavours of Murcia’s most exquisite citrus.
Guests will enjoy a night of cocktails and culinary expertise, including a four-course dining experience curated by world-class chef, Alejandro Saravia of Farmer’s Daughters. An unparalleled evening offering exclusive dishes, carefully paired with bespoke cocktails
prepared by Australia’s leading bartenders. Each cocktail highlighting the exquisite citrus flavours of Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru while showcasing the creativity and exploration of Australia’s best bartenders.
‘The Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Experience’ will also showcase digital artworks from the talented Yandell Walton and live music from Melbourne’s very own Nathan Sinclair, immersing guests with the sounds and sights of Murcia, whilst tastebuds travel and explore Bombay Sapphire’s newest edition, Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru.
