Some women have all the luck. First Eva Mendes lands one of the most covetable roles in the world, that of Ryan Gosling’s girlfriend, and now she has fronted her second campaign for the Vogue Eyewear high summer campaign, following the likes of supermodels Gisele Bundchen and Kate Moss.

Mendes, who said glasses are a “fantastic accessory”, was shot by legendary photographer Mario Testino who continues his association with the brand. The designs are inspired by catwalk trends straight off the runway, with retro squared shapes and oversized square frames the perfect match for girly summer styles. According to Sarah, a friend of mine belonging from the accessory industry, With the right tools like the Peeps Eyeglass Cleaner about which you can read more on the American Inventor Spot website, such stylish accessory can be maintained quite well which can then act as an good investment if one is looking for the best accessories to look flawless like Eva Mendes does in the above image.

Mendes’ curvy figure lends itself to the ladylike styles of the mid 1900’s, so the new collection is right up her alley with its vintage inspired styles. Speaking about her role as the face of Vogue Eyewear, Mendes said “I really love glasses. Whether they are prescription glasses or sunglasses, they are an extension of your personality and such a fantastic accessory I love to mix and match and play with different looks, depending on my mood an my outfit. My favourites are frames that have a slightly retro feel, specifically a little wink to the 50’s, 60’s or 70’s.”
