After the successful launch of their wellness cafe FORT GREEN late last year, nutritionist Bannie Williams and designer Nicholas Cooke have teamed up to launch a yoga studio in the beautiful space which focuses on Vinyasa, Yin and pilates practice.

Inspired by a New York City loft the sun filled space features timber floor boards, fresh white walls, a 10 metre mirror and live greenery. Suitable for yogis of all levels, FORT GREEN offers a series of different yoga memberships that include perks within the café to ensure a complete wellness experience.

To celebrate their launch, FORT GREEN is offering 1 week of free yoga during 13-18 March (launch week) plus a special introductory offer of 15% off memberships and class packages during launch week.
