Kym Ellery’s debut pre fall line is luxe on every level.
In a lookbook starring IMG’s Astrid Holler, we see unexpected volume in trumpet sleeves, a deep purple maxi and an oversized mauve coat. We see brocade details in an iridescent maroon. We see androgynous suiting, bare décolletage and jewel tones aplenty.
The collection is structural in the same way as origami, yet it’s feminine and whimsical in its colour and texture choices. Clashing textures and sleek styling are a match made in fashion heaven.
