When it comes to beauty, I take my skin care seriously. After all, with a mantra that prevention is better than cure, my focus is on ensuring that I take care of my skin to ensure it’s well protected, well cleansed and well hydrated! With a beauty regime that encompasses a variety of products, I’ve added in the nifty new Clarisonic MIA FIT to my regime which has really helped with my ensuring my skin is well cleansed.
This has definitely been a game changer in my routine. The new MIA FIT has been a welcome addition to the bathroom and I personally find this a much better fit for me than my previous Clarisonic MIA. Firstly, size is a big factor of why I’ve loved having this as part of my beauty kit. It has three benefits for me. Firstly, I find it’s easier to manoeuvre around my face and I have better control on where to move the brush. The grip is fine even when wet which has been great. Secondly, the size is perfect for my small bathroom. It’s compact size doesn’t require a lot of bench space and it can be tucked away in the corner. Lastly, because of its compact size, it’s easy to pop into your travel bag for weekend getaways or on overseas holidays. On a recent trip to China, I’m so glad I brought it with me because of the air quality and build up of dirt on my face.
The two speed settings offer you two options for your cleanse. A quick 60 cleanse or a longer 80 second cleanse. The soft bristles are perfect to apply and massage your favourite cleanser to remove impurities on the face. It’s amazing how much cleaner your face feels after using the MIA FIT. I’ve used it every second to third day to remove build up of impurities and generally on the first setting that provides a 60 second cleanse. As I don’t wear a lot of makeup, I haven’t found the need to use a longer cleanse.
My skin has felt softer, cleaner and smoother as well as looking brighter. I’ve used it mainly at night and feel that because my skin absorbs my night oil or night cream much better. This means that in the morning my skin is the perfect base for my makeup.
You don’t need that many skin care accessories but the MIA FIT needs to be one of them.
