When one of the world’s most stylish auto-makers partners with fashion creatives, for a glamorous night of fashion – it’s time to pay attention.
Honda presented A Night of Fashion at the Art Gallery of South Australia in spectacular (excuse the pun!) fashion. A night of Australia’s best retailers and designers showcased their collection to over 100 of South Australia’s most influential. Featuring collections from Carla Zampatti (just in time for the brands 50th anniversary celebrations), Willow, Bianca Spender, Scanlan Theodore and Sass & Bide. Men were educated in style with looks from Calibre and Jack London to name a few. Shoes supplied by Tony Bianco added the finishing touches to a polished showcase rivaling interstate fashion weeks.
A Night of Fashion is supported by Honda Australia for a third year in a row. Local Honda dealers transported guests in style with top-selling model Honda CR-V. Giving guests the opportunity to relax in style (and arrive on time) Honda is fiercely supportive of national fashion talent giving guests no excuse for missing the ultimate night out.
Always in style, Finesse Models walked the runway within the Art Gallery, and one-to-watch April Tiplady walking having recently been the cover-girl for Vogue Portugal.
Hair and beauty looks were sleek, polished and kept clean to mirror the elegant styles presented on the evening. The team from Cloud Nine says of the look, “this sleek sophisticated look is relaxed and a bit seductive, and makes the most of clean lines and flawless angles.” The style described as “classic minimalism” is created with the Evo Icon Welder Hot Tool Shaper, Easy Tiger Smoothing Fluid and Helmut Strong Hairspray.
Makeup for the evening was spearheaded by celebrity makeup artist Samantha Vlassis and her team from Media Makeup. The focus for the style was one of “a delicate and natural face” using Makeup For Ever products, the fabulously international look sent fresh faced talent beaming. Think dewy illuminated skin which is the ultimate style for this year appearing on many international runways.
