UNIQLO has unveiled its latest collaboration with British designer Jonathan Anderson, bringing a fresh, sun soaked spin to campus style for the warmer months ahead. Landing in stores from today the Spring/Summer UNIQLO and JW ANDERSON collection reimagines classic college preppy dressing through a lens of British water sports, easy layering and playful pops of colour. It is a collection built for movement, mixing the polish of varsity staples with the practicality UNIQLO is known for.
At the heart of the range is a reworking of wardrobe staples with a modern twist. The women’s oxford shirt gets a long awaited short sleeve update, arriving in six colourways including yellow and pink, cut in a cropped, boxy silhouette that feels distinctly of the moment. For the men, cargo shorts crafted from a cotton linen twill bring natural texture and lightweight comfort, while a genderless zip up blouson channels vintage workwear details for a piece that moves easily between wardrobes.
The collection also expands into a true capsule offering, designed to mix and match across the season. A windproof short parka for women is water repellent and fitted with a hem adjuster for a customisable silhouette, pairing effortlessly with the season’s baggy jeans in a soft, natural hue. For men, the dry pique polo carrying the JWA logo comes in an impressive 19 colours, alongside designer T-shirts in 10 shades, giving plenty of scope for personal styling. Rounding out the edit are accessories including caps, bags and striped socks that lean into the collection’s sporty, collegiate spirit.

Speaking on the collection, Anderson described it as a new interpretation of traditional British prep, layering in spring summer lightness and vibrant colour alongside classics like oxford shirts and blousons. The full range, comprising 14 womenswear pieces, 10 menswear pieces and three accessories, will be available from 40 UNIQLO stores across Australia as well as online at uniqlo.com, with select items stocked nationwide.
