Part of the Mulberry Group, Molli is now led by head chef Caitlin Koether – whose impressive résumé includes stints at Bar Tartine in San Francisco and Copenhagen’s Relæ. Known for her expertise in preservation and fermentation, Koether joins an all-female leadership team bringing vibrant, seasonal fare to this Melbourne dining institution.

Open day and night, Molli’s ever-evolving menu champions local produce and traditional techniques – from house-made cheeses and pickles to small-batch vermouths and non-alcoholic beverages.
