Xi Restaurant is a brand new Asian-French fusion restaurant in the heart of Windsor. Opened in late April on 172 High St the venue boasts a sleek modern gold interior with blue velour accenting, a range of fine wines and high class sake, and a menu to tempt and delight your tastebuds.
Owner Lu Gan (Master Lanzhou Noodle Bars) has stepped out of her comfort zone and into the world of semi fine dining with her first restaurant. Inspired by the home cooking she loved as a kid, influences from traditional Chinese cuisine, blended with classic yet modern French fare you are welcomed to the menu at Xi.
Head Chef Michael Fudge-Armitage (Portsea Hotel) and his team uses all local and natural produce to support Australian farmers after covid the menu has something for everyone. Offering five and seven course tasting menus which can also be tailored to suit any dietary.
Wine list curated by resident sommelier Zachary Harper (Maha, The Botanical) provides a large selection of local and international wines to compliment the menu. And sake selection by Ray Gao inspires those to try something different with their meal.
