Australian fashion label Viktoria & Woods has launched its fourth boutique in the popular Victorian coastal town of Sorrento. Mirroring the aesthetic of current Viktoria & Woods boutiques, the Sorrento space has been curated by award winning interior designer, Fiona Lynch, and will be an exciting addition to the brand’s current portfolio. “We are excited to launch our next project in Sorrento. Our aim is to embrace the community to deliver a simple and honest approach that reflects the restrained beauty and femininity of the Viktoria & Woods brand,” says Viktoria & Woods Founder Margie Woods. “Sorrento was an organic choice for us, it optimizes the Australian lifestyle, something we always keep top of mind when we design.” The boutique design has drawn on successful elements from previous stores, such as the upholstered leather ottomans, and embraced the coastal location by exploring new materials and relaxed detailing including oak timber, handmade bricks, fibre panel boards, clay ceramics and beautiful chunky jute and cotton rugs.

A series of freestanding, tactile and moveable elements sit in a minimal and simplistic interior, will evolve into a conceptual space over time. The boutique launches with the Resort 17 collection, REVERIE, that was inspired by the infinite pleasure of summer days. Fitted forms are offset with fluidity, easy shirt dresses are cinched at the waist and sporty kimono two-pieces add modernity to the traditional. The store alsos feature like-minded artists and brands including Her Swimwear, Linden Cook Jewellery, Janessa Leone headwear, Céline and Fendi eyewear, and a curated selection of coffee table books and novels.
