Congratulations on becoming the first ambassador for Melrose MCT! Tell us how you feel to be their first ambassador? 

I am thrilled to be the first ambassador for Melrose MCT! I have been using the product for a long time now, so it’s really exciting to get behind a product that I truly support and use daily.
You were a fan of Melrose MCT long before you became their ambassador. Tell us why and how you’ve been using Melrose MCT? 

I have been using Melrose MCT for a long time. It has been part of my morning ritual for years, with my MCT coffee, helping to set me up for a productive day. Melrose MCT gives me the clarity, focus and long lasting energy to help power me through long days and get the most out of my time. To create mine I use the following ingredients:

1 cup good quality black coffee
1 tbls organic grass fed butter
1 tbls Melrose MCT oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp turmeric

I blend all of the above together and enjoy!

How have you seen the impact of Melrose MCT on your life/health?

 

Absolutely! Since I started using Melrose MCT in my daily routine, I feel clear, focused and mentally alert. I notice a slow release of sustained energy throughout my morning and it keeps me full until my first meal. Starting my day with a Melrose MCT coffee increases my bodies fat burning ability, which helps to get me through some pretty busy days. It’s a tasteless product therefore you can add it to almost anything and still get the benefits!

 

Do you have any must-haves of the Melrose MCT range that everyone should incorporate into their daily routine?
Coconut oil and the Melrose ‘Go Faster’ MCT are my two must haves – I use them every day. Both can be used within coffee and smoothies; however the coconut oil can be used for a number of purposes such as cooking, topical application and body oil to keep skin moisturised and nourished.
I also use coconut oil in my daily routine as it’s incredible for gum health. Simply take a tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth, swish the oil around for 15 – 20 minutes, pushing and pulling it between your teeth before spitting it out into some paper towel (to prevent drains from clogging). This process is referred to as oil pulling and can improve your dental health significantly.
Apart from incorporating Melrose MCT into your daily routine, what are your other top 3 tips to keep a healthy lifestyle?
1. Get into a routine of going to bed and waking up at the same time each day/night
2. Meditate daily
3. Stretching – your body will thank you for it!
