Company founder, Peter Chen, said Australia is experiencing a dumpling revolution, where there’s increasing demand for restaurant-quality products that are purchased in supermarkets, to be served at home.

“People are looking for an authentic yum cha experience that they can replicate at their leisure, whether it be for a planned dinner party or a quick bite to eat in front of the television,” he said. “We’ve shared our family’s recipes so people can enjoy authentic Yum Cha without the lengthy prep or ingredient list required to make these delicacies at home. Our customers love the fact they can choose how they cook their Yum Cha, and enjoy experimenting by mixing and matching dipping sauces with different varieties.”
