She is one of Australia’s most successful entertainment exports, and now Dannii Minogue has further made her mark on the fashion world with Target Australia announcing that Dannii Minogue’s exclusive petite womenswear range will continue to expand due to outstanding sales and customer demand.

Launching in Australia in August last year, Minogue’s collection is part of the retailer’s Designers for Target program which will see the star release four capsule collections in total over a 6 month period. To celebrate the latest collection, Minogue hosted an intimate blogger breakfast in the Penthouse of the beautiful Olsen Hotel. Minogue spoke at length about the new designs and the process behind designing the line. It was obvious from Minogue’s passion and knowledge about the collection, that she was involved every step of the way in creating her line. In a world where celebrities lend their names to projects without having any input in the final project, Minogue’s dedication to creating and promoting her collection is refreshing.

Speaking about the success of Minogue’s collection, Target Managing Director Stuart Machin said, “Our customers simply love the Dannii Minogue for Target Petites label and want to see more of its specialist petite fitting and on-trend designs in coming seasons. The label is a real success story with Target customers who have been searching for great quality, stylish clothes designed for small statures. The label is ongoing and will be available each season as part of our womenswear collection, and will also feature a new range of best-selling core items to satisfy customer demand.”

In addition to new season trend pieces, Minogue’s collection will contain the Perfect Petites line will feature best-selling range pieces such as the tuxedo blazer and boyfriend jean. “I’ve spent a lifetime trying to find clothes that fit and flatter my shape so I appreciate the frustration petite women go through each day,” Minogue said. “My collection ensures women can move from desk to dinner in great-fitting, stylish clothes designed for their petite shape.”

The Dannii Minogue for Target Petites collection includes apparel and shoes, and is available in-store and online at the Target website with prices ranging from $25 to $99.
