ST KILDA BURGER BAR AT THE GROSVENOR HOTEL

STKBB by Simon Shiff-11 copy

Convenience and quality are the focus of Saint Kilda’s newest takeaway attraction – the Saint Kilda Burger Bar (STKBB), which will open on June 15 in the Grosvenor Hotel drive-through. The first of its kind to be situated in a pub drive through in Melbourne, the STKBB will serve a range of burgers, including a vegetarian option (Mr Fun Guy) and a junior burger, all served on Lievito milk buns and priced from $12 – $15. Their signature burger – The Grosvenor – was created by Head Chef Paul Tyas, and features his grandma’s ketchup recipe and a secret white sauce.

This burger is the most popular burger inside the pub, selling close to 200 per week. In line with the Grosvenor Hotel’s commitment to sourcing, ageing and preparing premium cuts of beef, the burgers will be made of 100 per cent certified grass fed Angus beef.

The burger bar is the latest addition to the growing Grosvenor empire, which already consists of a flourishing pub offering, a diverse and exciting range of icy cold beer, due to a brilliant beer system, a wood fired oven, and a range of dining areas for casual meals and private events; alongside the Grosvenor Grocery and Bottle Shop drive through store which has been operational since December.

On-line, St Kilda Burger Bar will be positioned as the official home of burgers in Melbourne, thanks to its unique domain name: www.burger.melbourne
