Top Shelf is Melbourne’s new Boutique drinks festival being held at the Royal Exhibition Building Carlton this Sunday 9 February (with trade day on 10 February) celebrating all things drinks related! Experienced mixologists and bartenders will offer tips to guide you and friends, including how to best use Fever-Tree’s premium mixer portfolio, making it fun, quick and easy to whip up your favourite cocktail at home. Visitors can also sample hundreds of products with an array of international bartenders, winemakers, brewers and master distillers to guide your palate and encourage a new and premium drink repertoire.

Fever-Tree are celebrating their involvement with Top Shelf with their range of premium mixers at the event. Fever-Tree are made with the finest and most authentic natural ingredients available: subtle botanical flavours, fruit juices, soft spring water, cane sugar, and for the tonic waters, the highest quality quinine from the original Cinchona trees (fever-trees).
