With panoramic views of St Kilda Beach from Captain Baxter’s rooftop, Melbourne’s hottest location is celebrating summer with DJ’s, beachfront sunsets, beach snacks and cocktails right through to 9 March from 3pm – 9pm, making the Grey Goose rooftop at Captain Baxter the only place to be this summer.
Each year Grey Goose selects the best bars in Australia to create summer destinations, and Captain Baxter is no exception. Situated right on the beachfront at St Kilda, Captain Baxter is perfect for long lunches which turn into aperitivo hours and is known for its relaxed vibes. With the addition of the Grey Goose Riviera rooftop, Captain Baxter will instantly transport guests to the French Riviera, with a nautical theme including a Grey Goose seaside swing (perfect for that Instagram-worthy shot!), beach umbrellas, deck chairs and for a bit of seaside sophistication, petanque.
Adding to the cool factor of the Riviera rooftop is a selection of specialty Grey Goose cocktails, which will pair perfectly with Captain Baxter’s seafood-focused menu. From Grey Goose’s classic Le Grand Fizz, a Pear Gimlet, a Madame Rose which heroes citrus and strawberries, and a Grey Goose L’Orange Espresso Martini, guests are certain to find a new favourite cocktail on top of the world at Captain Baxter.
