Chocolate bars have dropped at Cannoleria! The renowned cannoli brand has partnered with Ministry of Chocolate to create three delicious chocolate bars that are now available in all Cannoleria stores across Melbourne. Experts in creating perfectly blended flavours, Cannoleria will offer sweet, dessert and food lovers three different bars, using white, dark and milk chocolate so there is a variety for everyone. Each bar contains broken cannoli shell pieces and the contrasting textures make for a delectable chocolate experience.

Cannoleria Chocolate flavours, all with cannoli shell garnish:
● Pistachio with white chocolate
● Orange with dark chocolate
● Hazelnut with milk chocolate

As Cannoleria uses natural ingredients and no preservatives or artificial flavours it was important to the team that they partner with a chocolate brand with similar philosophies. Ministry of Chocolate uses sustainable and ethically sourced chocolate supplied by Barry Callebaut as well as Australian grown chocolate, along with locally grown ingredients wherever possible and no ingredients contain
palm oil.

“We are always looking at reducing food waste and so we are really excited to find a delicious way of doing this,” said Cannoleria Co-Founder Dario Di Clerico. “Cannoleria is famous for its crunchy cannoli shell and that does mean that we do get a number of
broken shells each day. We have been using them for customer taste testing but we have known for some time that we wanted to do more with these delicious morsels. We thought about how well chocolate and cannoli work together and so started conversations with the team at Ministry of Chocolate, as we love what they do, and they jumped on board. Together we have created these three amazing chocolate bars with the crunchy cannoli shell contrast and we know that people will love them!”

Cannoleria Chocolate Bars (100g bars, $8.50ea) are available in all Cannoleria stores.
