Although a bit gloomy to start, Melbourne turned on the beautiful weather for the Caulfield Cup Carnival’s Blue Sapphire Day. To celebrate the occasion, Caulfield Racecourse played host to over 400 guests at the Blue Sapphire Ladies Luncheon.
