Iconic French lingerie house Simone Pérèle celebrated their 65th anniversary in style with a decadent celebration at Sydney’s beautiful Ananas Salon. To mark the important milestone, Simone Pérèle collaborated with celebrity stylist Romy Frydman to create a bespoke magazine, “A Corsetry Retrospective‘ which features an shoot styled by Frydman, showcasing Simone Pérèle’s latest range. Guests were also treated to an exclusive exhibit of Madame Pérèle’s own designs from the 1950’s to 1980’s.

Frydman was joined at the celebration by Miranda Otto, Alyssa McClelland, Carla Zampatti, Bianca Spender, Jess Carerra, Danielle Ragenard, Rebecca Lau, Phoebe Garland, and other key media and fashion influencers. Ananas Executive Chef Paul McGrath created a bespoke menu especially for the occassion featuring oysters, artichoke Veloute foise grois with spanner crab, spice and salted yabby tail, corquette of beef cheek and mushroom with truffle mayonnaise, salted caramel eclaires and assorted Laduree macarons. Mumm champagne was also served, providing the perfect accompaniment to the delectable food.

Guests were lucky enough to take home giftbags containing La Mer pouches with a selection of creme’s, Laduree macaron gift boxes, a Shu Uemura treatment and blowdry service from the leading salon The Society in Rose Bay and a copy of Simone Pérèle’s 65th Anniversary magazine.
