The VIP night sale on Thursday held at Obus’ High Street boutique in Armadale was an intimate showcase of Melbourne-based designers, with glasses of champagne and strawberries served to guests as they previewed jewellery, bags and clothing. The boutique’s minimalist white walls and wood flooring allowed the range of accessories to own the store for the night.

The Obus collection was full of colour; with their prints and patterns produced in-house and in limited stock, you can be guaranteed exclusivity. An additional assortment of Baggu bags and kitschy jewellery on sale were also featured to accessorize with, such as compass earrings and metal ruler cuffs.

Make your way up to the second floor, where jewellery label Edenborough Evans and bag label Jacki Anderson is housed for the duration of the sale.

Also stocked in London’s iconic Harrods department store, Edenborough Evan’s latest collection was inspired by abstract wax drippings. The abstract beauty of her pieces is that they are open to interpretation; some saw it as inspired by corals or even the human skeleton. The collection comprising of rings, cuffs and necklaces is delicate and elegant, with different metals such as silver, gold and rose gold.

Jacki Anderson’s bags are structured for the modern professional woman. Simple and classic, textured croc embossed leather and pony hair clothes her handbags and clutches with understated style. Aside from the traditional masculine black, Jacki Anderson also offers bright pops of electric blue, and camel brown for the more conservative (though no less stylish).

There are fantastic reductions off both this season and last season’s stock, so don’t miss out and get a headstart in your Christmas shopping during the two-day flash sale!
