The Royal Croquet Club hits town this week for some croquet, food, fun and music Birrarung Marr from this Friday. It was announced today that one of Melbourne’s favourite food destinations, Gelato Messina is setting up a spot at the Royal Croquet club with exclusive International Soup Kitchen flavours. Messina’s International Soup Kitchen has been developed to feed the lost and hungry punters of Birrarung Marr and Melbourne.
Four intricate gelato sundaes will be on offer, lovingly encased in a bespoke soup tin:
Black Forest Bisque
Chocolate fondant gelato, cherry jam, kirsch cream, kirsch soaked sponge.
Faux Pho
Salted coconut sorbet, kaffir lime marshmallow, lychee coconut cream, chilli cashew crunch.
Zuppa Duppa
Hazelnut gelato, wild strawberry preserve, pistachio crunch, amaretti biscotti.
American Chow Down
Peanut gelato, oreo custard, cream cheese mousse, pretzel crunch.
