Did you know that only 4% of women think they are beautiful? A statistic like this makes the rest of us step back, which is why Makeup Free Me is stepping in – empowering women to nurture their body image.

To help advocate positive body image among women, Makeup Free Me is challenging you not to wear makeup for 24 hours. By getting your friends and family to sponsor you, money raised will go towards The Butterfly Foundation who work to provide support and treatment for those suffering from eating disorders and poor body image.

Working towards a world in which women are happy in their own skin and love who they are, Makeup Free Me wants to remind us that beauty is not skin deep.

On the 30th of August, a ladies only, makeup free party will be held to celebrate your makeup free day. You can find out more details here.
