In a retailer era driven by millennials, one thing has become increasingly evident, these shoppers love anything personalised. It was this opportunity in the market which was one of the inspirations behind Cosmetic Artist Stephanie Schalken to launch MAARKS in October last year.

After owning beauty salons for over 13 years, Stephanie wanted to create a lipstick brand that focused on creating botanically rich formulations which are driven by plant based technology. Each lipstick is also infused with castor seed oil, shea butter and coconut oil to ensure your lips stayed hydrated. Her first range encapsulates 5 classic colours (rogue, blush, bare, rust and plum), a must have in any woman’s make-up bag.

Stephanie is also passionate about empowering women, using her platforms as a way to encourage women to celebrate their individuality.
