Last night in a world exclusive, superstar Dita Von Teese presented her latest lingerie range Von Follies, in collaboration with Target, to a captive audience at LMFF, and she didn’t disappoint. The lady of the moment opened the show, shimmying down the runway in a sheer black dress before removing it to reveal one of the show-stopping pieces from her collections.

Inspired by her love for 1950s glamour and vintage lingerie, Dita’s collection oozed sophistication and sensuality. The models in patent black Christian Louboutins worked the crowd as they made their way down the runway in an array of amazing lingerie accessorised with sparkly masks, tophats, delicate headpieces, embellished capes and whips. Dita refreshingly used models of all sizes and races, really showing that any woman could look amazing in her pieces. Models had their hair in cute retro styles with make-up very glamourous, the focus point being bright red lips.

For the show’s finale, Dita strutted through a guard of models, to a jazzed up version of California Girls, a fitting way to end what was a spectacular show. It was fantastic to see the crowd getting into the whole performance, and it was easy to see why Miss Von Teese is one of the world’s most captivating women.

So if you’re looking for a bit of glamour in your life, make sure you check out Dita’s new collection at Target.
