The informative presentation will feature Dr Tim Sharp (aka Dr Happy), founder of The Happiness Institute, talking about building resilience to maintain happiness throughout difficult times, and Beyond Blue Volunteer Speaker and Cardiologist, Dr Geoff Toogood, talking about mental wellbeing and the
support services available during the pandemic and beyond.
