Melbourne’s hotspot, The Emerson turned 1 last week and celebrated the momentous occasion with a huge birthday celebration across the multi-level complex. The celebrations featured delicious sparkling from Paul Louis and Veuve Clicquot as well as a multi-tired cupcake birthday cake made by The Cupcake Queens. There was an impressive acrobatics display complete with flame throwing.
