GREY GOOSE FRESH SPRITZ
Ingredients
40ml Grey Goose Original
20ml Noilly Prat
100ml Soda
Garnish: Grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig
Method
Build over ice in wine glass. Stir and garnish
BOMBAY SAPPHIRE SUNSET NEGRONI
Ingredients
30ml Bombay Sapphire Sunset
30ml Rosso Vermouth
30ml Bitter Aperitif
Garnish: Orange slice
Method
Stir over ice to chill and dilute in a mixing glass. Strain over a large ice block in a rocks glass and garnish
PATRÓN PALOMA
Ingredients
50ml Patrón Reposado
75ml Grapefruit juice
30ml Soda
10ml Agave nectar
Garnish: Grapefruit slice
Method
Build over ice in a tall glass. Stir and garnish
BACARDÍ CLASSIC DAIQUIRI
Ingredients
60ml Bacardí Carta Blanca
30ml Fresh lime juice
2 tsp Caster sugar
Method
Add sugar and lime to cocktail shaker and stir to dilute. Add rum, fill with ice and shake hard for 15 seconds. Double strain into a cocktail coupe
