No matter what people say, the Macaron craze isn’t over, especially when you have deliciously beautiful macarons from La Belle Miette. I’ve been a great fan of the macarons from this little bakery since I first stumbled upon the shop in Hardware Lane about two years ago.

The popularity of La Belle Miette’s macarons has meant that they have been able to expand and open new outlets on Collins Street and Chadstone. Luckily for me, a trip to one of my favourite places in Melbourne, Chadstone, means I can indulge in my favourite macarons from La Belle Miette!

For those that haven’t had a chance to try one, I would definitely recommend the Salted Caramel macaron which is smooth, balance of sugar and saltiness. If you’re more of a sweet tooth, then the raspberry macaron is also a wonderful delight. Just as good as the macarons I tried at the famous Laduree earlier this year when I was in Paris.
