Fashion designer and lifestyle blogger, Lauren Conrad and her lawyer fiancé William Tell married after a years engagement earlier last month in a chic and simple Californian ceremony – much like the bride herself! The wedding, much like her wardrobe, was immaculately styled and immediately covetable. Let us help you steal her style!

Lauren opted for a stunning lace Badgley Mischka gown to walk down the aisle in, but you don’t have to have reality tv money to co-opt the style! Think classic sweetheart necklines, small trains, and plenty of feminine detailing.

L to R: Rachel Gilbert, Mikael Aghal, Sass and Bide

Lauren opted for a sleeveless, lace gown with a simple train and while you can’t steal her dress completely, there are plenty of options in every budget. To steal her style, we love Rachel Gilbert’s Pania gown with subtle detailing and feminine peplum, Mikael Aghal’s embellished metallic gown for it’s chic and sophisticated tailoring (and Carrie Bradshaw-esque corsage), and Sass and Bide’s White Noise gown for an edgier take on the look. To complete the look, style your hair in chic, Californian babe waves and finish with dewy, minimal make up (faux tan is a must!)

14Lauren’s bridesmaids (including The Hills co star, Lo Bosworth) all wore dresses from Lauren’s line, Paper Crown. This means for eagle-eyed fashionistas wanting to steal Lauren’s bridesmaids dresses, you literally have the same dresses for your bridesmaids, and not have to settle for similar.

L to R: All Paper Crown

Lauren’s bridesmaids all wore individual dresses from Paper Crown’s bridesmaids collection – including the Hannah, the Jillian, and the Meghan – all in cream. While shipping to Australia is a little on the pricey side, all of the dresses are under $330 USD and makes for a dramatic, individual look for your bridal party. The best part? There’s something for every body type, so no one has to be stuck with a dress they hate!

True to her style, Lauren opted for minimal accessories, letting the dress do the talking for her. To steal her style, the key is classical styling, with a glam twist.

Clockwise from top: Peony Crowns ‘Poison Ivy’ halo, Tiffany & Co. ‘Diamonds in the Yard’ necklace, Sophia Webster ‘Coco’ glitter finished twill pumps

To steal LC’s style, keep accessories simple with a little quirk. We loved her embellished veil, and Peony Crowns’ ‘Poison Ivy‘ halo is perfect for capturing the spirit of the look. Fine jewellery is always a must on your wedding day, and a fine chain like the ‘Diamonds in the Field’ strand from Tiffany & Co. is the perfect accompaniment. And while Lauren chose Badgley Mischka pumps for her footwear, we love Sophia Webster’s ‘Coco’ glitter finished twill pumps to steal her look!

The couple tied the knot in the beautiful wine region of Santa Ynez Valley with their friends and family, and while you may not be able to jet over to the US, there are several beautiful wineries throughout the Yarra Valley to capture the same spirit. To replicate the beautiful reception area, invest in paper lanterns and arrange them in lieu of a chandelier for a whimsical, youthful touch.
